This introductory workshop covers the basics of bullying in the workplace and is suitable for managers, EAP's, business owners, HR professionals, coaches, and targets. In 90 minutes the workshop addresses how and why bullies thrive in an organization, the damage caused to both targets and the organization, why some may be targeted over others, how to facilitiate adjustments in the organizational culture, and assertive communication skills. This workshop is ideal for a general audience, professional association meeting, or lunch-n-learn environment.
